Dr. Signorino is a competent, excellent surgeon. But he also showed such kindness and compassion for me that I must call him the best of the best. I went to him with a cancer diagnosis, and at my first appointment, he gave me all the time I needed, explaining many aspects of my diagnosis to me. He did not just tell me the 5 year survival rate for those in my situation, but he also wrote that statistic down on paper and held the paper up for me to look at.
