Unprofessional, rude, greedy. Don't even know how to talk to kids.
Dr. Paul Rosen and Sharon were a fantastic team. They made it a pleasurable experience buying my eye glasses. They performed all the tests needed to check my eyes and double checked and triple checked the prescription to make sure it was right. They never rushed me and always were very professional. Dr. Rosen has a great personality and I recommend him and his practice. Easy location to get in and out of.
Extremely RUDE and pushy doctor!!! worst experience seeing a doctor ever. Talked over me the entire time and even was rude at my school going daughter who's the actual patient.
The worst doctor I've ever encountered. He treats people with a rude demeanor, does not listen to patients, has old equipment, a run down office, the oldest selection of frames I've ever seen, he's a bully, he talks over you, and us disrespectful. He told me I have and eye condition just to make money off me by pushing me to have diagnostic testing. I said no, and got a second opinion and my eyes are fine. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this degrading human being.
Bad experience. Dr is rude, and try to make you pay more. I tried to refill my contacts elsewhere and he denied request from the online vendor. You are better off going elsewhere if you want to have a Dr that cares about you.
I have been seeing Dr. Rosen for years and have had no problems what so ever. Always has the time to talk to me and explain everything. Same with the staff.
