Was short, rude, and unable to diagnose what was going on
Dr. Hope was amazing, he answered all of my questions today and was a true professional. His compassion for my medical issue along with concerns surrounding covid he and his colleagues of PA’s and Nurses were amazing. Truly lucky to have gotten them on my case.
Dr Paul Hope is a total Eggplant and as a head of emergency is a poor representation for this hospital! Poor beside manners, no compassion, and did not ask any questions by raised hell. He needs to be re-educated. Not every person who appears at the er should have seen their primary. I should have used him for his actions and how he degraded me verbally!
