Dr. Friedman was fantastic, he said I did not need his level of service and offered a strengthening treatment which I took and paid for. If I had known I would receive a large charge weeks later, I would have not done the consultation that my dentist suggested. I asked ahead of time (when I scheduled, at checkin, during consultation and when I paid my $40 bill in full after the consult) if the consultation my dentist suggested was no charge. Friendly environment overall, happy with the out come of my visit.
While I was very satisfied with how well my teeth were cleaned, the hygienist assigned to me had a terrible chair-side manner. They kept mumbling incoherently about my teeth while working. The few times I asked them to clarify what they were saying (tough to do while they are working in your mouth), they said they just had a bad habit of making lots of comments while they worked. Dr. Friedman is great! He and his staff made me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Friedman analyzed my condition, and recommended a treatment. The treatment os working. I'm very pleased so far.
