Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Were handicap accommodations well done? Yes Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all

Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
