During my visit, I found this office uses a superbill system, meaning I had to pay the full amount upfront and submit the claim to my insurance company after the visits. Before my appointment, I called twice and offered to provide my insurance information. I was told that it could be handled later. During my visit, however, I learned that the office is considered as out of network and I have to pay in full before any visit. I’ve been a patient at Neuralink chiropractic for more than a year and a half. The difference is phenomenal. It’s not just the adjustments, but the whole program, including the equipment and machines that are crucial to my rehabilitation. Together, I couldn’t imagine a better treatment program.
