The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Pollice took plenty of time reviewing my medical history and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment and he made sure I understood all of the options available to treat my knee issue. I look forward to my follow up appointment in a few months to review my condition.

My wait time was longer than normal, but I had several staff members explain to me that they had an unexpected fire alarm in the afternoon, and that set them back for the day. They couldn't have been more courteous or apologetic about the situation. I was still given enough time for all my questions and concerns to be addressed during the appointment. Dr. Pollice and the entire staff at OAA always do an outstanding job. As a patient, their process is seamless and makes a difficult time easier on you. I highly recommend them!
As always comedy staff is very professional and very courteous.
I was very happy that I made the appointment with Dr Pollice. He was very up front with his diagnosis, was very candid with his treatment recommendations. I will be seeing him in the future as my orthopedic guy. He was thorough in his explanations and was able to bring it to a level that I understood.
