I met with Dr. Pollice to discuss a TKR. I am under 40 and a unique case so I had a lot of concerns about the procedure. Dr. Pollice listened with a genuine sense of care and understanding. He was open and honest about the potential risks. Kept it real. The day I visited, his office was short staffed and running behind schedule. (Everyone was still pleasant and did the best they could to accommodate!) I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment but was immediately checked in and sent for X Rays. When they were complete, I was sent to meet with Dr. Weiss. His review was thorough and informative. I left about 5 minutes after my original scheduled time. The entire staff is highly efficient, very polite, and friendly. A continuation of the great service we have received at OAA
Dr Weiss is great! He always explains things thoroughly, fully answers any questions I have, never makes me feel rushed. I have seen him multiple times for different issues and would not hesitate to see him again or recommend him to my family and friends.
