Excellent Dr listens to the patient, makes awkward appointment very pleasant one . Thank you Dr Neustein !
Physician was very abrupt and rude during my preop consultation that I hadn’t signed the consent form in the ED prior to me even being seen by him or even told what procedure I was having performed. He was also very upset that he was given a report that my pain was on the side of my kidney stone even though that was never what I had been reporting at two separate emergency rooms.
