I went in two days ago to just get gel polish manicure paid 25, I never even get a manicure bc too many bad experiences always just pedicure. But since they had been doing a good job I went for it. Nam the guy rushed sad part all I get is gel polish on hands and feet which cost 50 just to polish nothing else and the sad part they were not like this years ago when the original owners were there service was not sloppy then when you speak up, they start speaking in their language, but don’t realize that you can hear them talking about us in their language, but you’re here in America. After a bad experience, I decided to get my nails done again, and this time it was excellent! Here are some photos. The manager treated my daughter and me with so much kindness, care, and respect. We truly appreciated the amazing service and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
I came in last Friday for an acrylic refill, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. The shape of my nails was inconsistent — every single nail looked different. I politely mentioned this multiple times during the appointment, but my concerns were ignored. Despite clearly expressing that I was unhappy with the shape, no effort was made to correct it properly.
