Paul Murrey Ford Inc. Kaufman, TX – Response to Lcren on March 30, 2011. Larry made an offer on a used truck. An email went back out saying that the offer could not be accepted. A customer came in and paid cash for the truck. Larry got mad because he did not get the truck. Paul Murrey Ford Inc. has been in business since 1952! Paul Murrey Ford Inc. is a Family owned and operated business and cares about its customers!
This Place is a Joke – was emailing back and forth with the General Managers Nephew Britt over a 2007 Ford F150 truck. We had agreed to a price at 839am. Britt then emailed me back at 1139am and told me truck was sold and I said no way we had already agreed on price and I was waiting on total withTTL for cashiers check. When I spoke with GM Paul Murrey he said first come first serve so they sold it!!!Wow I had email wanting total for truck and you sell it....This Dealer does not care about the Customer only his pockets full ... read more

Larry emailed and made an offer on a used truck. We emailed back and said that we could not sell the truck at that price. Another customer came in and bought the truck.
