Bobby and Taylor on their commercial end are terrific. Great communication and lots of detail provided. We have enjoyed working with PMO since 2018 and look forward to many more years of business with them.
My grandmother has been a customer with them for years. Two weeks ago I called to place an order of kerosine. A “new” delivery driver completed the delivery and put in DIESEL, which greatly effected her tank and heat. The day after (Friday) there was no plan to fix this matter so we had to wait the entire weekend to have this matter resolved. Was planning on using them to buy fuel in bulk. After speaking to three people and getting to a gentleman named Taylor, it was explained I would have to purchase at least 500 gallons. I explained that I wouldn't have a problem with that. Was told I should receive a call back and never did. I guess my business wasn't worth the time of day. Have decided not to use them and if you are a smaller company looking to buy in bulk I would suggest you look elsewhere.
