This is a great dealership from what I can tell. I bought two cars here. I would buy here again. My experience is at the Subaru dealership and not the Honda dealership. I have not used the service department yet, but will post a review once used. Ask for Chip in sales, he has been there along time and very helpful.
Had a smooth and great purchase from this dealership. Bought used as is vehicle and although there were minor issues with the car, Johnnie was very upfront about it and got me a great discount to cover any future expenses. It was over all a smooth and quick experience at Paul Moak. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a worthwhile experience and a great deal!
Honestly, the atmosphere was different than expected based on previous interactions in other areas —-- there is a great difference in professionalism and friendliness!!! It’s not about how good you may do but how you make one feel providing the services.
