My sister went recently to have her hair done and you guys totally screwed her. she was getting it lightened, and you burned her hair completely. When it was brought to your attention, you made her feel stupid and refused to refund her claiming her hair was already damaged and that your "bleach" had good things to keep from doing that. You left it on her hair for 2 freaking hours. Her hair was NOT damaged like that when she went in and the level of unprofessionalism is gross. Shame on you guys.

Looks like a high end school I liked what I seen everybody was busy doing something and not just sitting around talking to each other very professional very spacious to walk around a nice waiting area and they attended to my daughter very well. And I would come again.
