Pricilla was awesome and the girl next to her volunteered to help bc my hair was so thick and long. Yes, it took 3 hours for a cut and deep condition- it's a school, they are learning and I only paid $15 on groupon. FANTASTIC. They only lost a star bc while I sat in the back under the dryer for 20 minutes I heard every cuss word under the sun and and tons of other unprofessional. I'm a teacher and a professional, how you are at school learning your craft reflects your business. I was disgusted at what I heard and saw.
They will keep u 30 past your appointment time. Then keep You in the chair 4 plus hours, then will tell you right when they about to close that there's no time for the cut that you asked for from the start! Then the dye job isn't really the color you chose & you will leave there with dye stains all over your hair line that they couldn't or didn't put enough effort into removing!!!! The price was good but You sure get what you pay! ����
