I would of given it a 5-Star but because they made my appointment for 9:15am and didn't get me until 9:45am, which made me wait while evervbody that came after me was placed w/someone during that time I was waiting. You don't make an appointment for someone and make them wait almost a 1/2 hour. The woman I had
Kayla was amazing- very knowledgeable and did a great job on my root touch-up and highlights. I love the color! Of course it took longer than a regular salon because they are students! The instructors are everywhere and check between steps so it took longer but worth it! If you are patient and want to help someone learn and be better- call and make an appointment!!
They completely ruined my hair and the instructor couldn't have cared less. Her name was Amelia and she was horrible. I mean her hair looked like someone set it on fire and then blew it out so I should have known better.
I walked into that school with 5 PICTURES of what I wanted - each image had different angles to SPECIFY what I wanted and as per usual my hair was cut evidently the way that it was taught in school. What pisses me off the most? The female who cut my hair didn't bother to give me a mirror so that I could review what the end result was while I was there because had this been the case when her teacher walked over to inspect I would let them HAVE A PIECE OF MY MIND.
