Great people but third time my hair has been cut way shorter than I asked ! My hair was super long I told her I always put it in a side braid or leave it wavy, and Im growing it out... Lets just say I can't braid it, and it hardly reaches my shoulders :( its cute but not what I asked for

Everyone I go there and it's been 6 times (I bought the vip program so had to use it up)I am there 5 hours minimum and although I show them what I want they do the opposite each time! I wanted blonde and red I got red with 4 streaks of blonde, I want my blonde toned they turned it brown......need I say more?
I had a hair trim appt and was treated to a relaxation head massage, which was wonderful. The staff and the lady who worked on my hair were all awesome and so friendly. I'm hoping to be called if ever in need of a curly haired model head �
Julie cut and colored my hair from dark brown with highlights to giving me vibrant mermaid hair! Fantastic job!
