It was great experience. While they color my hair... they made sure I drink enough water. I am hard of hearing but completely deaf if I take my hearing aid out. I wish There's some way they know little bit sign language or better communication with deaf people. One teacher willing to use ipad to type what she said to me. I will come back some other time don't know when. :)
They were more concerned with students visiting each other in the shampoo area rather than customer atmosphere. The students even turned the spa music off so they could talk. Also: poor use of time. I was scheduled for a perm and manicure however instead of using the processing time to do the manicure they cancelled it and told me to come back a different day. Not pleased.
I had a great experience. Carter#2 was excellent and you could tell she really wanted to get everything right for her client. Will definitely be going back.
It was a great experience!! The people are so nice, they do a great job and the prices are so reasonable.
I took my fiancé to get a haircut yesterday. He's been going to the same woman back home for 5 years so he was very hesitant but he put his trust in Julie #66 and she totally didn't disappoint! He loves it and even said he would come back which is saying a lot for this stubborn guy! Lol I'll post before and after pics in the comments!♡ Thanks Julie #66!♡
