Deeply disturbed and disappointed. I have been going to Paul Michell schools across the US for its flexibility for over 5 years due to my travels for work. I am a person of color with coarse hair so I always request a student who is comfortable working with my hair type. This is a great place where everyone treats each other like family and care for one another while helping each other reach your goals. They always remember your face and name. You are not just a number. You are a person here. It is a great place to go to hair school. I start in January.

I scheduled an appointment with a specific person (I did not want anyone else) two days ago 10/28/19) for 1:15 pm. I received a voice mail confirmation yesterday(10/29/19), as well as a text message confirmation this morning (10/30/19). I paid for a babysitter to watch my two month old so I could get my hair cut and colored because I wanted to feel like a human being again. I had my hair highlighted on Saturday here and I'm in LOVE with the results. Taylor, my stylist, listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results are flawless! Yes, it takes more time, but they are learning! I'd rather them take their time! I will absolutely be returning for all future needs!!!

There is no nice way to put this. I do not recommend this school to anyone! During my first week, I inappropriately was approached by a learning leader. He was privately messaging me through Instagram. When I brought this to another learning leaders attention, I was told that I have nothing to worry about because it was merely just the personality of the Learning Leader who was inappropriately messaging me. Id give zero stars if possible. The owners of this school are monsters. I was a student at this school until the other day. I was told by a staff member that the owners of the school would be adressing rumors of the school shutting down next week. But when I saw the one owner yesterday and decided to ask him what was going on because its my education thats on the line. the owner then started screaming at me.
