Absolutely horrible. Went because I had heard good things. Showed the girl multiple styles of what I wanted for my bridal pictures. She was supposedly a "honor student". I don't see how when she bluntly said she was behind by a month. Then when it came to my wedding updo, she curled my hair and pulled it back in to a ponytail and had the curls hanging.
