Today, Sept 22, I went for a harcuit. I knew eactly what I wanted, had a photo, and it was a Paul Mitchell haircuit done of me in Colorado. It was rounded layers and geopmetric. No one knew what to make of it until the supervsir. May Michell and stylist, Carolina Rodririguez got a hold of me. I filed a GRIEVANCE complaint against the Miami chapter. Let's admit it, your stylist IS a student, the price IS a bargain - but the RISK you run is that of your hair BEING BUTCHERED. And so it was. It wasnt so much the SHOCK of it, but the ARROGANCE with which the manager treated me, Denise is her name.
