I walked in and booked a hair appointment on Thursday for Saturday with the manager. He put my name and number in the appointment book in pencil under Alana who would be my stylist for Saturday. She works 11-5 I was to come in at 11am since my appointment may take the whole shift. I come in Saturday to find that Alana called out on Friday for Saturday. the experience was terrible me and my husband have been trying to get our son a haircut for a very long time now so we went here thinking it would be good, worst mistake of my LIFE my son was crying the hair was uneven everywhere and, we had to wait like 15 minutes.
My son and I had the pleasure of having our hair serviced by Alana. What an absolute gem this woman is. Not only did she give me THE BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE, she is genuinely of pure heart. We had a wonderful conversation while she transformed my dry, dead, lackluster hair with a bouncy, light, and shapely cut. I am so genuinely impressed with her and will be telling everyone I know about her. ASK FOR ALANA!!!
Best pedicure I have had in Upstate and my boyfriend got his hair cut at the same time and it came out amazing! Henery does an excellent massage!!
