Do NOT buy a car from Bernardsville VW! This place is a nightmare! NEVER buy a "certified pre-owned car" from them! They pay for the certification papers and never run the certification tests! I've only had my car for a year and a half and it's spent more that 6 months total in the shop! My catalytic convertor broke a week after I bought the car, it took them over 2 months to "fix" it, and now it's broken again. Service I think that Bernardsville Volkswagen has a very good service shop. I have never bought a car from Bernardsville Volkswagen, but my car has spent a lot of time in the shop. Volkswagens are notorious for either having chronic electrical problems, or never having any problems. Mine is the chronic type, and I went to many body shops before Bernardsville.
