I needed a car that would hold a rack for a scotter and they said it would. Now I'm stuck with a new car and I'm not able to go places because I can't take my scotter. They lie and don't care. I'm 76 and this is my last car so now I get to miss at of my future becuse of MAUS NISSAN.

I would stay away from this location. If services are needed on your vehicle be prepared to be left hanging and to chase anyone down to even find out what is going on. Seems like its a 1 man show and hes too busy to call his customers. Takes days/weeks to get any response. Horrible customer service and zero follow through on their end. Was looking for a new home dealership with my new car, but this is not the location to use.

Southern 441 Nissan sold my wife, and I retired seniors on fixed incomes a Certified SUV that leaked like a sieve from the moonroof and AC vents after the first rainfall. The 6 month, 6,000-mile warranty was worthless. This was the week after I bought it. They blew me off and I had to pay $1,500 to have the sunroof repaired somewhere else.. That vehicle should never have been certified, and they should have fixed it or reimbursed me. I'll buy roller skates before I go near this place ever again. BEWARE!!!!!!

Took my 2022 Rogue AWD to McDonough Nissan for an oil change, tire rotation and a diagnosis of why the windshield washer does not work. They never told me the price of the diagnostic, which ended up being $160.00. They never told me there are 2 recalls on the Rogue. All they wanted was for me to spend $550.00 on a $55.00 part to get washer working. Once I contacted Nissan the dealership(Service Lane manager) told Nissan the hose was clogged by foreign matter. Courtesy Nissan of Tampa let me leave the premises with a financed vehicle without showing proof of full coverage insurance. I was involved in a hit an run accident and since full coverage was not on my insurance I am forced to pay for the damages out of pocket.
