The people in the service department were very nice, but I was a little disappointed that they did not wash the outside of the vehicle after being serviced. You have a car wash on site and the Mazda dealership that’s connected to Ford washes their cars after every service. The reason I know that is because my son is a mechanic at Mazda.
Dark, cold, depressing vibe. Test drove a vehicle, was ready to buy it, sales guy asked me if I love it, I said YES… found out they had already sold it. They then showed me the exact same year, make and model that had more miles, and was 4k more… make it make sense. Then the sales guy ran back and forth SEVERAL times to get numbers.
