Worst customer service experience ever from a dealership that I've ever had. I have a 2024 ford escape that was due for a routine servicing (oil change, etc.) so I made an appointment for this to be done. The first issue was it took THREE attempts to be able to even get an appointment. Very expensive for repair ! Wanted 2,800 to replace lead frame in transmission ! Took my chance drove 900 miles back home got it done for 775.00

I wouldn't go here buy a car here if they sold it to me for a dollar. They are so judgemental. We went there asked for help nobody came out to help us they laughed at us well the joke on them we was there to pay cash for a car. I told the salesman that was suppose to help my son then I told another one he said umm wow that's ok we go buy a Toyota at least we know they are more reliable.

I had a great experience! Car buying has typically sucked, but Howard and the guy, whose name I can’t recall (but thanks for your service and congrats on the engagement) who finished up my paperwork made the process transparent and straightforward. I drove from Ohio to get this car and with that type of service I’ll keep PMF on the radar when it’s time to shop again.
