VERY expensive w/no discussion, just did it. All girls were nice but he is very abrupt. I'm changing dentists based on cost and "chairside manner"
We have been very disappointed with Dr. Miller's office. After submitting proof of insurance coverage, we were made to pay for services up front and then wait almost a year to be reimbursed. He put a new crown on my husband's tooth and it has come off 3 times since then. Each time he re-cements it on (at a charge) and then it comes off again within a few months. I felt no pain. His staff was very friendly and kept me from feeling stressful.
Expensive, but very thorough. Did my teeth whitening, good job and took care of my periodontal disease.
I changed my dental insurance and went to Dr. Miller because of proximity to my residence. Although he and his staff were very pleasant, the cleaning I received was very substandard, rushed, painful, and messy. I ended up leaving the office with splatters of polishing paste in my hair and the neckline of my shirt drenched from the water-pic tool being carelessly used to rinse the polish off teeth.
