Paul Miller BMW auto body shop is world class! I brought my previous vehicle, a Dodge Grand Caravan, to Paul Miller BMW after someone backed into my sliding door. They did an awesome job and it was done quick. I heard horror stories about other van doors being fixed and not being able to close correctly. I had no such problems, the door slide open and close just like new! I highly recommend if you need auto body work done to check them out.
Best Group of Dealerships in NJ I have been using Paul Miller dealerships for many years because the customer service is the best. This is my second BMW from them. This is by far the best I have been taken care of by any business and the absolute best car dealership. I say you will not be disappointed if you use them.
Paul Miller Bmw is lame This place is a lot better from the outside. Looks nice from the outside but went in only to find they had little stock and offered to lets us drive the managers car the following car since they had none left. Wow business is that bad. Should have saved the money on the outside and put it into getting more cars you just lost a huge customer.

Is this how you treat loyal customer long time customer, first time dissatisfied in early 2009. bought car in for same problem more than three times, made repairs that were not needed. charged me each time.told me i could buy new car. Had car repaired some place else for 150.00 as appose to 4000.00 dollars.prior to 2009 could not say enough good things about Paul miller.I do not know why the quality of service changed.
