Communication is not a strong point for them whatsoever. The speaker cover was missing when I bought my Bronco and after bringing that up to them they said they would get back to me but it’s been four months and they have done nothing about it. When I call to ask what the status is, I get transferred to four different people just so I can leave a message for the last one in the chain.
