It has been almost two weeks since your reply. I hope to hear from him soon. In May of 2024, I bought a 2018 Ford Focus for $10,000. I was six months pregnant and needed something reliable for my baby. Within three days of getting the car, the oil light came on and I broke down on my way to work at 3am. I had to pay to get it towed from Georgetown to Lexington, and they said they would figure out what was wrong with the car and get it fixed up for me. Spent half a day communicating back and forth over a vehicle with a salesman. Was told he was running the numbers and would get back with me. 3 hours later I send a message asking for updates and nothing… just crickets. Guess they ended up selling the vehicle or my business wasn’t important. Oh well, maybe this will help someone decide on going down the road to the next dealership when in the market for a vehicle.
Brandon & Casey really took time to make sure they got me in a vehicle with not so good credit. I would recommend anyone to them. They have done an amazing job. Thank you all so much I love my 2018 Ford Escape. I’m back on the road again!!!
