Communication is not a strong point for them whatsoever. The speaker cover was missing when I bought my Bronco and after bringing that up to them they said they would get back to me but it’s been four months and they have done nothing about it. When I call to ask what the status is, I get transferred to four different people just so I can leave a message for the last one in the chain.
We made an appointment and came from 2 hrs away. They sold our car an hour before we got there to an employee.
Each time I’ve gone they have not been prepared. First time I went to pick up my spare key they didn’t have the correct paperwork. Mind you- they knew I was coming. This time I came and had to wait 30mins for them to get my key. While I was waiting a gentleman came in asking for directions who did not know English. Purchased a 2015 ford explorer sport. Had issues in the 1st 90 days. Took it in and they blew me off. Told me some random things to fix that weren't the problem. Posted a review on Google to have them say they would reach out. I updated my review a week after they said they would call and dis not. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
