I purchased a Rolls-Royce Phantom **sight unseen** from Rolls-Royce Paramus. After delivery, I discovered cosmetic scratches that were never specifically disclosed before the sale. When I raised my concerns, I was repeatedly told everything had been disclosed and was ultimately told the matter was closed without any meaningful resolution. I expected much better transparency and customer service from a Rolls-Royce dealership. Very disappointing experience.
