Purchased my first RR today from RR of Paramus. GREAT experience from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted by a smiling and kind young woman who directed me to the sales rep Nderim. He was just a good guy that loved the brand. NOT a hard seller...not a pretentious guy but the person that made you feel at home. (This was in direct contrast to another RR dealership that I visited prior and from the dealership I purchased my Bentley.) I purchased a Rolls-Royce Phantom **sight unseen** from Rolls-Royce Paramus. After delivery, I discovered cosmetic scratches that were never specifically disclosed before the sale. When I raised my concerns, I was repeatedly told everything had been disclosed and was ultimately told the matter was closed without any meaningful resolution. I expected much better transparency and customer service from a Rolls-Royce dealership. Very disappointing experience.
