Friendly office, they made it easy for me to get an appointment, and it's nice to be seen by an intelligent educated doctor. I always feel confident with the medical services I receive here. No gimmicks or hard sells - they are ethical & professional all the time.
I enjoyed how nice the staff is. Super knowledgable and helpful with tips on how to obtain the medications with a coupon. Dr McAndrews was very thorough and helped my skin get back on track. Im so glad they accept my insurance. Im thankful to the office and Dr McAndrews for being so great.

My first visit with Dr McAndrews was 10+ years ago, at which time he told me to wait to get a transplant and put me on propecia. I saw him once a year after that and never once did he pressure me to have procedure done. When I finally pulled the trigger on a transplant, the surgery was smooth and successful. His entire staff was over the top helpful and responsive 24/7. By far the most amazing medical experience I have ever had! I myself am a surgeon and I have personally taken care of thousands of patients. Dr McAndrews is the epitome of what a surgeon should be. He cares about what he is doing and is passionate about his results and the people he is treating. His standards are the highest I have ever seen. There is No Doctor in his field that can compare to the level of care and attention that he gives every surgery and every patient.
I can't say enough - so good, so professional and congenial. He is very thorough in getting the surgery done right. Takes his time and answers any questions fully. I've had transplant surgery elsewhere and he is tops.
The first appt gave me some hope, and I really thought that Dr. McAndrews would be able to help me. After my diagnosis, he never spoke to me again. The person who called with my results essentially told me that my case (lichen planopilaris) didn't give me many options and basically dismissed me. There were no alternatives discussed and I left in tears since they didn't seem interested in talking to me further. Things change all the time. Would have been nice to have a resource.
