Dr.Matherne diagnosed me with Bells Palsy years ago. He is very kind but also really cares and does everything he can to find your problem and fixing your problem. Look, I know doctors are just men and even as advanced as we are, not everything is curable or even diagnosable, but Dr.Matherne listens and really wants to figure out your specific illness or problem you are having.
