We fix and flip properties and sell about five homes a year. Paul was our agent for a home we just sold and it turned out to be a bit of a challenge to sell. Paul was diligent in his efforts to get it done; he regularly hosted open houses and realtor tours, sent out marketing and suggested additional improvements we could make. Paul's extra efforts ensured this house sold in a timely manner, I highly recommend Paul!

Paul Massura came through for us in searching for a house in this difficult housing market. We had a pretty uncompromising wish list of features and location --with a tight timeline as well. Paul showed us so many houses and he made it fun. We so appreciated his optimism and humor. With his knowledge of house construction and maintenance, he gave us insight that helped us make the right choice. And then he was there to help iron out glitches with the paperwork and turned the tedium into a celebration. Highly recommend.

Paul helped my wife and I buy our dream house in Frankfort, IL. We dragged Paul out numerous times to look at houses on short notice at night and weekends. It was great working with Paul. In this market it can be tough to find a quality home for a reasonable price, but Paul was determined and extremely helpful the entire time. He answered any questions I had quickly ( great communication) he really just goes above and beyond, highly recommend him.
