We bought a Chevy Traverse in NY a week ago. Travelled on vacay to Jamestown. Car overheated and kept stalling. Our world and vacay was crumbling. Desperate, we called Paul Massey hoping a miracle would happen. It did! First miracle was they answered the phone. And they miracles kept happening. Great customer service. Jeff is knowledgeable and personable to everyone he speaks with. I dropped off my Acadia over the 4th of July weekend with a temperature/ thermostat issue. Masse GMC Service quickly took a look at it to diagnose the problem. I was back on the road by Monday afternoon. The parts were in stock at Masse GMC and expertly installed.
