Paul Marcum Roofing reroofed this home in 2017. I purchased the home in 2022. With recent issues, I inspected the roof and found issues with incorrect flashing application. When I attempted to email to the address provided to the city for the permit, the email is unknown. When I called the telephone number provided to the city, it goes to another company. Now I have no recourse. Amazing how companies are able to just close up and open new businesses (to rip people off). Be aware.
