If I could, I would leave zero stars. It is going on four weeks now and my glasses are still in the “final stages of being made,” according to Candi ce. She told me last week that the “glasses should be here early next week”. Well. here it is next week and still no glasses. Was told again, the “glasses are in the final stages”. What a joke! Needless to say, Dr Dowd has lost a long-time customer, as well as my husband.
