Fantastic bedside manner. Very knowledgeable. Clear cut plan.
Everything went very well and everyone was very nice and professional.
I truly believe that Dr Cleland is genuinely interested in my injuries and offers wonderful care and advice
Staff was nice but I don't like it when I don't get to meet the doctor prior to having a pretty uncomfortable procedure. The procedure failed quickly and the doctor couldn't even look me in the eye but did have the audacity to suggest trying it again in the future. Spontaneous frozen shoulder without a prior injury is inconvenient, to be sure, but not worthy of this nightmare a 2nd time.
