5 star to the staff and for the doctors awesome job with my twins c section, you can barely see a scar. But 3 star rating because the wait is too much and the doctor told me I was a great candidate for a VBAC since my first pregnancy was a vaginal birth with no complications yet didn't give me a choice other than c section. I'm so glad I changed providers and had an amazing successful VBAC two days ago.
