Mark is a very nice guy but I have already been waiting three months for a site plan so we can start construction on our home and we still have yet to receive a final product despite multiple promises that things were going to be completed. Perhaps he is prioritizing other customers work over ours but I certainly have not felt any responsiveness on his end to complete our project in a timely manner. I after I hire another company to complete this project I will be taking my business elsewhere
