Dr. Lantz does not respect his patient time. I flew from California to Chicago to take my dad to his appointment with Dr. Lantz, that was schedule in March, only to get to the appointment to be told that Dr. Lantz left for a surgery that he schedule and that he should be back in and hour or two. I was livid. I asked the nurse was it an emergency surgery, she stated no. She informed me that Dr. Lantz does this all of the time and it's not fair to his patient and staff.
