Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
