I am still in disbelief the way this physician practices. To anyone looking to come to his office please don't. My uncle was scheduled to have a hip replacement surgery in two weeks. He had to go to the hospital to have pre-surgical testings done this week and we just received a call stating Dr. Kubiak is no longer going to be practicing or doing surgeries what kind of foolery is this.
