He is very attentive and very good at his job!!
I will not be going back to the office of Paul Kossis. My appointment with him has been pushed back twice and the communication with this office is awful. Not to mention, Donna the receptionist is really rude and has a nasty way of talking to patients. I ask her a simple question in a polite tone and she decides to scream at me and scold me like a child. Very disrespectful and unhelpful. They need to get rid of her and replace her ASAP.
I always have an excellent exam! I have been seeing Dr Kossis for years and he spends plenty of time with me and is very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
I don't think I will return. Dr. Kossis is a nice doctor, but 1 of the 2 front desk secretaries named Donna is very rude, uncaring, and impatient. While she seems so-so in person, most of my phone encounters with her have been unpleasant and she made me feel very unimportant and that I don't really matter in spite of me being polite the whole time. easy and pleasant
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Paul Kossis for the past 6-7 years and have always been extremely happy with all the service he and his staff gave to us. Paul himself has always been so helpful when our daughter went from glasses to her contacts , he has the patients of a saint to take the extra time to help her out. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming on the phone and in the office and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great new Eye Doctor .

The best eye doctor we have ever had by far. Dr Kossis is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional-he is also super friendly & caring which puts you at ease. Good selection of quality stylish frames, reasonable prices and no pressure to buy your frames there. Wonderful doctor.
