AWESOME! I just called 2 minutes ago, waited on hold for about 5 minutes, and his staff helped me get setup as a new patient, checked my insurance, gave me some guidance on getting an MRI from my primary, and slotted me into an appointment 2 weeks from now (someone just cancelled). Love them already.
I have tried to reach this Dr. For an appt. For close to 4 weeks now. I wait on phone as there are 9 callers ahead of me and when they pick up they send me to new patients line and they are not there but will call back in 24 hours. They call back when I am driving . You can NOT get through to them. Round and round
