The staff and Dr Shivers are very polite but his workmanship is unprofessional. I chipped a molar and he recommended a crown with metal for strength. When he imprinted the tooth, I questioned the chip and was assured that it would not be in the crown. When the crown was put on, it still had the chip in it and one side of the tooth was shiny metal. The metal color transfered to the other side of the tooth where the cap didn't reach the gum line, it looked like I had a decayed tooth, filler was then put on to cover it up and t... read more
