Dr. Paul Merkel and his entire staff is wonderful. Professional, listens, addresses issues & concerns and more importantly really care for their patients. Their new location on East Ridge Road is clean & bright and at a great location. Easy to get to and lots of available parking. Kudos to Dr Merkel and his Staff. I am a very pleased & very satisfied patient which nowadays can be a challenge for a number of us. Thank You All for your Great Care. Appreciated more than you can imagine.
Excellent experience! Staff were polite and friendly. Dr Paul was kind and attentive. He resolved my foot problem today instead of having to wait 3 months to see my regular podiatrist. Needless to say I now have a new podiatrist!! Thank you Dr Paul.
