Dr. Jones and staff are friendly and professional. I do have a complaint about my appointment on February 4, 2026. Before this visit I called the office to ask if I will need surgery any time, it was expected due to tumor on my adrenal glands. The nurse told me Drm Jones said I wouldn't need surgery at this time. I was happy about that. I get to my appointment see Dr. Jones for less than 5 minutes. I drove from Boise. I paid my 30 dollar co-pay for this appointment. Finally a doctor who listened to me. His follow-up was very good. Compassionate and extremely knowledgeable.
Dr Jones is efficient and direct. His bedside manner was good. He answered all my questions, provided quality feedback and ideas on what to continue working on to improve my health condition, and was empathetic about a current family situation.
I had an appointment with Dr. Paul Jones, St. Luke's Urology Clinic, to discuss an elevated PSA blood test result. Dr. Jones took the time to discuss the results and explain what my options are. I have a follow up appointment scheduled in October of this year.
