I stopped by Paul Jewelers to have my three stone engagement ring resized, thinking it would be a simple fix, as all jewelers should know how to resize a ring. I was told that my ring would be ready on Saturday. I came in Saturday mid-day to find out that my ring was not ready and that whoever works on the jewelry only does it on Saturdays.
