I’ve got a family member that has been jerked around for almost. 3 years. He can barely walk, he needs ankle replacement. He is in constant pain. . He’s done to a ton of Dr. appointments ( have sent him to) and yet there is no advancement. Nothing seems to be getting pushed. It is heartbreaking for me to watch. Needless to say if the need ever arises the rest of my family needs an attorney it will not be him.
This was several years ago but he was a stand up guy. When we did not get full amount he took out his share and made up the difference . 5, 000 . That's a big deal to us. Meet him first when he was the N.B.A. they r a good group but we followed him because of his great service .
