The building is infested with bed bugs and has been for several years. The security system is broken and again has been for several years. The elevators are finally repaired. The office is rarely open and the phones are often not answered. Calls are not returned. Maintenance is only available for a short time each day and rarely has the parts or supplies to do any repairs. The overall upkeep of the building is horrible.
