Poor office visit. Wait time 45 minutes. My appointment was changed 10 minutes after I arrived. Transition from technician to doctor was awkward Very little communication. I was told I did not need glasses. However, there was no detailed summation of visit. I was sent to the optical office on the 2nd. floor where I was charged $500 for glasses that I neither need nor wear. I am 74 year old senior who wishes I had done better research. I will not be returning to this doctors office.
